BACKPACK COMMANDS:

/backpacks list: Lists all your created backpacks.

/backpacks create : Creates a new backpack with the specified name.

/backpacks open : Opens the specified backpack for viewing and editing.

/backpacks delete : Deletes the specified backpack.
